Most Recent/Upcoming Innovations Or News Items: We partnered with World Cafe Live to have a presence at all their Open Mics and emerging artist events as well as co-branding. We have also partnered with Pledge music to do co-marketing and add a “Pledge” button to profiles. We are also partnering with Local Music Vibe to integrate our music communities. We were recently featured in soundctrl.com, indie-music.com, and other musician networking news outlets.
Reason For Joining NARM: I met Bill Wilson and he explained the benefits of digitalmusic.org and all the great things that the whole organization does. We are a new music startup with a marketplace platform so it is the perfect fit to collaborate.
Looking to Gain As A Member: We want to plug into the network that NARM has established to both get our brand in the eyes and ears of the industry as well as to facilitate partnerships to bring more artists and musical content to our platform.
