Mission Statement
The Product Development Work Group provides a platform for communication, education, discovery and outreach in order to support the acceleration of innovation around music. The group recently concluded a series of “Music Start Up Academy” sessions at NYC’s General Assembly. The series curriculum focused on reducing barriers to entry into the music business for entrepreneurs. Additional sessions are being planned in San Francisco and in conjunction with SXSW.
